A Sad Sad Day for the Republic.

What a sad day for the country.

While everyone is spewing their talking points on both sides, perhaps this will be the final wake up call or rally cry for conservatives, libertarians, and independents to activate, get engaged, and make a difference in the coming election just like the "shellacking" we gave the progressives in 2010.

The Supreme Court decision to allow Obamacare to stand especially as a TAX is just outrageous.

Roberts middle ground approach makes him a COWARD.

While Congress was effectively cut off at the knees with their commerce clause expansion which would have given the government in my estimation unlimited power, letting this law stand in any form is just plan BAD for BUSINESS.
And let's not forget the numerous judicial nuances which will come out of all this - it was not a clear victory for either side.

But I still believe Obumbler and the demoRats have perpetrated a GIANT FRAUD on the COUNTRY.

During the entire Healthcare debate (ramming down our throats is more like it) Obumbler repeatedly said the "mandate" was a penalty not a tax and he would not raise our taxes YET even as he and his minions INSISTED first the "individual mandate" was a penalty not a TAX then only to use the tax argument when going before the high court completely reversing their argument and LIEING TO ALL OF US.

It must of been a transformative moment for them because they never flip-flop politically only republicans do that.

Their FRAUD also extends to the costs of this 2,700 page nightmare which was completely and purposefully underestimated and again Obumbler and the demoRats KNOWINGLY LIED to the American people.

Who is going to PAY for all this?
Todays ruling will make this law even more expensive.

We still do not even know everything incorporated in this bill and what NEW REGULATIONS will come out of it.

And as usual:
IT IS THE TAX PAYERS WHO WILL GET SCREWED.

It is obvious that our federal government is NO LONGER LISTENING to the PEOPLE we must WAKE UP Washington ourselves because nobody else is going to do it.

This administration is only interested in building their power base as they ILLEGALLY continue to "transform" the Republic.
This whole affair has always been about power and control of the federal government not health care.

For progressives the ends are always justified by the means.

The bill still remains very unpopular polling against at around 60% on average.

This makes it even more imperative to VOTE Obumbler out of office and take back the Senate.

In 2010 the healthcare debate "WOKE THE SLEEPING GIANT" we have to rally again to change the course of events and set America again on the RIGHT track.

We must stand for LIMITED GOVERNMENT by REDUCING it's SIZE and SCOPE, a complete overhaul of the TAX system, DEREGULATION in all sectors, REPEAL and REPLACE OBAMACARE, REPEAL DODD/FRANK, rein in SPENDING and BALANCE the BUDGET, deal with ENTITLEMENT REFORM, deal with the HUGE DEFICIT, TERM LIMITS on politicans, a realistic ENERGY plan, etc.

It is up to us folks - no one is going to come rescue us from our OWN FATE.

Obama's Sinking Poll Numbers Time to Worry Progressives

As posted before, Rasmussen Reports has the most reliable polls, such as polls are, for a glimpse into the evolving presidential election, as well as how people are feeling about the megalomaniac-in-chief's job performance now at -22.

All his divisiveness and pandering is obviously not have the desired effect as people wake up and realize this administration is a

I hope the Republicans stick to their guns and hold Holder's feet to the fire not only over "fast and furious", the black panthers, the "security leaks", and the other bungling's of Eric "the racists" Holder.
He is a bias incompetent fool who has an obvious agenda and ignores the laws he is sworn to uphold.
He should resign.

Also the astonishing number of new books exposing the usurper for what he is has upped the ante on actually VETTING Obumbler.
From the information available, the list of lies, distortions, and embellishments is growing exponentially and harder to ignore and cover up by the progressive media machine.

Everything indicates that the progressive/liberals are in panic mode as they continue to plunder about always attacking conservatives, Republicans, the Tea Party, and any other boogie men they can find.

If one really listens to the rants and talking points spewed daily they are analogous to a spoiled child who is acting out and projecting their own failings on their opponents.

It's always somebody else's fault - progressives will never take responsibility for their choices and actions.

The Obumbler "the One" aura is gone and every so slowly the real Barry is coming to light and exposed.

Let's all work real hard to ensure the progressives are exposed for what they are and their real agenda.

The silent majority will rise up again - be part of it!!!

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows Mitt Romney attracting 48% of the vote, while President Obama earns 43%. Six percent (6%) prefer some other candidate, and another three percent (3%) are undecided.
The president picks up support from just 35% of white voters overall. That’s eight points below the 43% of the white vote he won in 2008. Among white Democrats, 17% currently plan to vote for Romney.
Matchup results are updated daily at 9:30 a.m. Eastern (sign up for free daily e-mail update). See tracking history.
With speculation about Romney's vice presidential nominee running high,  Scott Rasmussen contends in his latest weekly syndicated newspaper column  that “more important than the process of selecting the nominee will be the way the choice is rolled out to the public.” Most Americans, he explains, "will learn all they know about the new name on the ticket during the week the candidate is introduced.”
New polling shows the president ahead by five in the swing state of New Hampshire.  Obama also leads in Pennsylvania and Michigan.  Romney leads in North Carolina and Missouri. The race is a toss-up in WisconsinIowaOhioVirginiaFlorida and Colorado.
(Job Approval Data Below)

A president’s Job Approval rating is one of the best indicators for assessing his chances of reelection. Typically, the president’s Job Approval rating on Election Day will be close to the share of the vote he receives. Currently, 44% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the president's job performance. That matches the president’s lowest approval rating of 2012. Fifty-four percent (54%) at least somewhat disapprove (see trends).
To help the economy, 24% believe the government should increase spending, while 66% think spending cuts are a better remedy.
Eighty-one percent (81%) believe members of Congress listen more to party bosses in Washington than they do to voters. Most (57%) believe legislators routinely get reelected because the process is rigged to benefit incumbents.
If you’d like Scott Rasmussen to speak to your organization, meeting, or conference, please contact Premiere Speakers. The Wall Street Journal has called him “America’s leading insurgent pollster,” and The Washington Post says Scott is a “driving force in American politics.”
To get a sense of longer-term Job Approval trends for the president, Rasmussen Reports also compiles our tracking data on a full month-by-month basis.
(Approval Index data below)
Intensity of support or opposition can have an impact on campaigns. Currently, 23% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Obama is performing his role as president. Forty-five percent (45%) Strongly Disapprove, giving him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -22 (see trends).
During midterm elections, intensity of support can have a tremendous impact on turnout. That was demonstrated in 2010 when Republicans and unaffiliated voters turned out in large numbers to express opposition to the Obama administration’s policies. However, in presidential election years, there is a smaller impact on turnout.
Rasmussen Reports is a media company whose work is followed by millions on a wide variety of platforms. We regularly release our results at RasmussenReports.com, through a daily email newsletter, a nationally syndicated radio news service, an online video service  and a weekly newspaper column distributed by Creators Syndicate. A nationally syndicated TV show--What America Thinks --is scheduled for launch in September 2012.
Our firm has been a pioneer in the use of automated telephone polling techniques, but many other firms still utilize their own operator-assisted technology (see methodology). Pollsters for Presidents Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton have cited our "unchallenged record for both integrity and accuracy."
During Election 2008, Rasmussen Reports projected that Barack Obama would defeat John McCain by a 52% to 46% margin. Obama was 53% to 46%. In 2004, Rasmussen Reports was the only firm to project the vote totals for both candidates within half a percentage point. Learn more about the Rasmussen Reports track record over the years.
Daily tracking results are collected via telephone surveys of 500 likely voters per night and reported on a three-day rolling average basis. To reach those who have abandoned traditional landline telephones, Rasmussen Reports uses an online survey tool to interview randomly selected participants from a demographically diverse panel. The margin of sampling error for the full sample of 1,500 Likely Voters is +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. Results are also compiled on a full-week basis and crosstabs for full-week results are available for Platinum Members.
Like all organizations that conduct public opinion polls, Rasmussen Reports weights its data to reflect the population at large (see methodology). It is important to remember that the Rasmussen Reports job approval ratings are based upon a sample of likely voters. Some other firms base their approval ratings on samples of all adults. Obama's numbers are almost always several points higher in a poll of adults rather than likely voters. That's because some of the president's most enthusiastic supporters, such as young adults, are less likely to turn out to vote.
Among other targets, Rasmussen Reports weights data by political party affiliation using a dynamic weighting process. While partisan affiliation is generally quite stable over time, there are a fair number of people who waver between allegiance to a particular party or independent status. Our baseline targets are established based upon separate survey interviews with a sample of adults nationwide completed during the preceding three months (a total of 45,000 interviews) and targets are updated monthly. Currently, the baseline targets for the adult population are 35.7% Republicans, 33.4% Democrats, and 30.8% unaffiliated. Likely voter samples typically show a slightly larger advantage for the Republicans.

Our Desperate Pathetic President - Obama Event Registry

Our desperate pathetic president Obumbler has hit a new low today.

Asking couples getting married and other celebrations to forgo gifts and instead donate to his losing campaign.

The progressive's are in chaos now - they know Obumbler is going back to Chi-town in disgrace and their desperation is obvious as they continue to make political blunders and pander to individual special interest groups hoping to capture a few more votes.

First we had the "war on women" were free contraception was the carrot.

Next came student loan interest rate fight which turned out to be bi-partisan except progressives don't want to pay for it but rather borrow more money while slandering Republicans.

By election time we can bet Obumbler will forgive their loans for votes.

For the gays he has told DOJ not to enforce the Defensive Marriage Act and supposedly evolved in his acceptance of "gay marriage" making the announcement, forcing the military to suspend "don't ask don't tell, and make a gay day for the troops.

Lately the order not to deport certain "ILLEGAL ALIENS" is obvious pandering.

What other special interest groups will get some phony recognition or a carrot from the megalomaniac-in-chief?

Slice and dice - divide and conquer - pit the citizens against each other.

This request or announcement is really crying out through fear and desperation.
With his own base fleeing and independents waking up, his poll numbers dropping daily, the economy getting worse, a number of potential scandals brewing, his last speech a rehash decried even by liberals as BAD, OBUMBLER'S HOUSE OF CARDS IS FALLING.

It even seems like some in the media are actually VETTING the clown this time around as more and more books are released shedding light on the lies and distortions that are Obumbler.
His 2 supposed autobiographies are being picked apart and exposed for the lies they contain.
The arrogance, conceit, and megalomania exhibited by a guy his age who feels it necessary to write "2" books about himself.
How many "autobiographies" have other notable persons wrote?

Obumbler's entire life is filled with made up embellished fiction.

For example it was reported lately that the story of his grandfather being tortured by the British is phony baloney meant to give him radical family street cred and the air of the downtrodden fighting against the colonial powers that suppress the people.

Come November the "SILENT MAJORITY" will be silent no more and just like in 2010 will rise up to slap the progressive agenda down with another "SHELLACKING" which can then start the process of restoring our Republic back to our founding principals.

Politicans are the PROBLEM not the ANSWER.
We must clean house and only elect those who will:

  • STOP THE INSANE SPENDING.
  • CUT WASTE AND DUPLICATION IN THE FEDERAL COLOSSUS.
  • ELIMINATE ALL UNNECESSARY WASTEFUL FEDERAL AGENCIES PER OUR CONSTITUTION.
  • RETURN POWER TO THE STATES.
  • TERM LIMITS FOR ALL POLITICANS.
  • REPEAL OBAMACARE.
  • ELIMINATE ALL THE FEDERAL REGULATIONS IMPOSED BY THIS ADMINISTRATION AND REVIEW ALL THE REST FOR RELEVANCY.
  • REFORM ALL ENTITLEMENTS.

FOR FAR TO LONG WE THE PEOPLE TRUSTED THOSE IN WASHINGTON ONLY TO FIND OUT WE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED AND THAT THE POLITICANS NO LONGER WORK FOR US BUT FOR THEMSELVES AND THOSE SPECIAL INTERESTS WHICH HELP TIME AND TIME AGAIN TO REELECT THEM.

WE MUST RID OURSELVES OF OBUMBLER AND HIS MINIONS AND TAKE BACK OUR COUNTRY BEFORE PROGRESSIVES/LIBERALS ALONG WITH THE UN AND THEIR AGENDA 21 STRIP US OF OUR CONSTITUTION AND ENACT A "ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT" SOLUTION.
